"An cluinn thu mi, mo nighean donn?*" is a song whose first line means "Will you listen to me, my brown-haired girl?" & as a good Homerist, I know, of course, that κλεος is "fame" and that it comes from "to hear" -- so of course "cluinn" means listen!
